Dark areas in the hotel fold layout!!! Smelly lobby and hallways could use proper ventilation!!! The noise from the upper floors was unbearable during the night!!!

Sufficiently large bed, good repair in the bathroom (looks much better than the room as a whole). Distance to the Louvre (15 minutes on foot). Delicious breakfast.
I chose this hotel for 1 night because of its attractive price. The money was charged off the card at exactly 0:00 on the day of arrival. At the reception they wanted to write the same amount again, for which I had to prove that the money was already written off. As a result, the man at reception found a check in his folder to write off the money. I wonder what would have happened if he hadn't been there... Overall, the hotel makes an ambiguous impression. Bribes only his low price compared to other hotels in Paris. The most normal place in the hotel is the breakfast room (croissants, baguette with butter, cereal, tea/coffee/hot chocolate). . Room goes to the top floor. I had to take the elevator first and then take the stairs. Entering the room, I felt sad and sad - so small and "gray". In the room there is a broken wardrobe, a chair, an old table and a bed. It's been renovated a long time. And, honestly, I didn't even want to take pictures of it - everything was depressing for so long. I was glad that all I had to do was sleep over and move out early in the morning. The bathroom was very different from the repair... As for the district, in spite of its proximity to the center, in the evening there is a feeling that you are about to be robbed on the way to the hotel)))) in the morning and afternoon the district looks quite different - a small life is boiling... In general, the hotel will be suitable for a maximum of 1 night because of the low price. I would not recommend staying longer.

The proximity to Gare du Nord made traveling around Paris easy, awesome for quick access to public transport.
The room was quite cramped, barely offering enough space to store luggage, making it uncomfortable at times.

They gave me and my daughter a room with three beds! A double bed and two single beds. It was a room, not a room! Huge! Your shower room, where, for a moment, there were gels and soaps. I never took a D, but I didn't think they had one. Bathroom's fine. It's clean and tidy. The girls at the front desk (one polka), explained where the cafes, where the shop, where to go. Calmed down that the genes are not touched on the street, they have a gathering on this boulevard, and they just chat there. Breakfast is a classic. Croissants, buns, sweets. Tea and coffee. I miss the eggs.
The hotel is next to both stations, that's a plus, but in the evening the whole street is filled with hundreds of blacks. There were hundreds of them on the same boulevard. A pubertarian girl and I were scared. But I'm a rabid traveler, plus they really didn't touch. And it was tonight. It's a nice cultural street in the morning. 20 minutes before departure, the trains left the hotel, reached the station and boarded the train. It's very comfortable.

Stayed for 4 nights. No kettle in the room, but the staff kindly provided boiling water. The neighborhood felt crowded, and we didn't feel super secure, especially at night.

Booked this hotel last minute and was really surprised. The location was really convenient, just a short walk to Gare du Nord. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with the basic amenities I needed. The staff at reception were genuinely kind and cute. Breakfast included croissants, good coffee, and cereals, which I found decent to start the day. My only complaints were the noise from the street outside, hard to sleep at times, and the lack of air conditioning. There were fans available, which helped, but it still felt a bit hot during the night. The design of the lobby and hallways could use a refresh as well, as the darker colors. Despite those issues, I would stay here again because of the value for money and friendly service.

My stay was AMAZING here. Clean, cheap hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed big and well-maintained rooms and gentle staff. My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a bathtub. The location was good, close to Cafe A.

Great value for money, the place was clean and comfy! Snug spot near Gare de l'Est, made traveling easy. Plenty of shops nearby for any last-minute snacks or necessities.
The room doors slammed like a dramatic scene from a soap opera. A bit of a noise issue-guess they were really committed to the whole 'fire safety' thing!

Great Staff and Convenient Location
I stayed for one night and appreciated how close the hotel was to public transportation. The room was clean and met all our basic needs. The best part was the staff. They were super nice and helped us with everything we needed. The noise from the street made it a bit hard to relax, especially at night.
